As the public relations officer for the Monta Vista Indo - American Student Association, I have learned how to advertise events and the importance of publicity. I have created multiple videos, posts and stories that have gone up on the MV IASA Instagram.

Spotlite On India

Our student organization is specifically known for our annual cultural showcase, which places a Spotlight on Indian culture. This is a two-hour show, that has several acts involving students dancing, singing, and acting. All proceeds go to an organization called Ekal Vidyalaya, which brings education to students in rural India. This year Spotlite on India was able to raise over $4,000 for Ekal Vidyalaya.

Being the Head of Educations for MVHS Animal Protection society, I have gained lot's of research skills, from putting the slideshow's together, as well communication skills, from presenting biweekly presentations.

As MV Art Club treasurer, I am responsible for managing the club's finances. This includes keeping track of all income and expenses, creating a budget for each project, and ensuring that we have enough funds to cover upcoming events.
